The Red is such an awesome camera, I always tell people who don't know much about it that it's basically a computer with a lens. This summer I'm gonna try and shoot on 16mm for a short film I'm doing, but since we're trying to get the camera through a grant, the Red is gonna be the fallback camera.

we just wrapped on a film I was D.P. for using the red, it was the first film I shot with it. I'm pretty fond of the camera, I prefer to shoot film but the fact that I don't have to shell out the cash for processing and transfer is just too good to pass up. I'm shooting a music video with it in april, as well as doing a short on super-16... trying to make the most out of access to free equipment from school.
