SFX I'm trying to create a glowing effect of actor on screen
SFX I'm trying to create a glowing effect of actor on screen.
It's my first independent low budget film. I was thinking of fluorescent spray paint and filming under a blacklight?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Rob

What do you mean by glowing?
Like, lightsaber glow?
Or, slightly glisten?

We can help you if you provide more info on the look you require, or why the actor is glowing.

Physical effect? I think that might be one of the only ways you could achieve that. You could probably get some filters that could create some effect (but it wont be great).
CG would be your best option.
